With the understanding that the UK public sector is under significant digital transformation, 8MAN, a Berlin based company, approached us seeking to add value to the UK public sector with their specialist data security solution.
8MAN required us to generate sales ready business leads on their behalf. They wanted a solid marketing strategy uniquely appealing to the UK public sector. They wanted quantifiable results and a significant return on their investment.
8MAN were ready for growth but were lacking in the expertise and knowledge of the UK public sector, its needs, its challenges and its culture. They needed a company who would understand their products and solutions, their business goals and vision.
Our first priority was to understand 8MAN's business. Through meeting with the 8MAN team, we gained insight into their requirements.
